Support

Help from the person building Pairy.

Pairy is still in private development. If you are testing it, send enough context to reproduce the problem—but never send a secret.

There is no guaranteed response-time SLA during private development, but reports affecting access, privacy, or security are prioritized.

What to include

  • Pairy iPhone and Mac app versions;
  • iOS, macOS, Xcode, and Simulator runtime versions;
  • whether the problem occurs nearby, remotely, or both;
  • the steps that caused the problem and what you expected; and
  • a redacted diagnostic or screenshot only if it is safe to share.

Never send: pairing QR codes, bearer credentials, LiveKit tokens, Apple private keys, passwords, or unredacted customer/source-code content. Pairy support will not ask for them.

Quick recovery steps

  1. Confirm the Mac companion and iPhone app are both running current test builds.
  2. For nearby use, confirm both devices can reach the same local network.
  3. For remote use, confirm Remote is enabled on the Mac and reconnect from the phone.
  4. Revoke and pair the phone again only if ordinary reconnect fails.
  5. Use Reset Pairy Identity only as a last resort because it removes existing trust.

Availability and compatibility

Final minimum versions, supported hardware, download links, and service status information will be published before public release. The website demo works offline and does not test whether your devices are compatible with the production apps.
